Methodology
Personalized Education.
We are a community committed to empowering young people. We want to accompany them in their personal growth and development through transformative conversations.
TheMark focuses on character formation
In one of the most outstanding tools of Character Formation: the personal conversation with a mentor. For these meetings to be transformative, we train mentors and prepare young people through group mentoring. We merge the best personal growth strategies supported by institutions such as Oxford, Harvard, Jubilee Center and UNIR Character Project.
Group Mentoring
Interactive dynamics to foster deep reflection on topics related to personal, professional, and social development. Each workshop is designed with a methodology of powerful questions, resources, activities, and dynamics that encourage reflection. The topics have a teaching guide that serves the facilitator to teach the content using learning strategies.
Individual Mentoring
Personalized conversations aimed at encouraging the adolescent to reflect on their goals and commit to an action plan to achieve them. Through open-ended questions, we aim for the adolescent to relate what they have learned in group mentoring to their own life. We want them to consider how far they want to go and what options they have to achieve what they want.
Action
This is the moment when the adolescent puts into practice what they have reflected on to transform their intentions and emotions into concrete actions.
Character Formation
We promote the integral growth of the person by cultivating virtues that allow for full personal fulfilment and an enriching social life. We emphasize their dignity, freedom, and responsibility.
